Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below at Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic, Zaria.

 

JOB TITLE: Registrar

REQUIREMENTS:
 

1. The applicant should be holder of a good honour's degree preferably in the Arts and Humanities from a  recognized institution, with at least 14 years, cognate experience,
 

2. Candidates should also be a holder of a Master’s degree in the relevant discipline with at least 12 years cognate experience; or a holder or Doctorate degree in the relevant discipline plus at least 9 years.
 

3. In addition he/she should have good track record of service.

THE ROLE:
 

1. Functions as Secretary to the Governing Council
 

2. Functions as Secretary to the Academic Board
 

3. Functions as Secretary to other statutory committees
 

4. Takes charge of the Registry Division
 

5. Responsible to the Rector for the day to day administration of the  institution
 

6. Responsible for keeping all the Records in the  institution
 

7. Custody of seal and issuing of all certificates of the  institution
 

8. Performing any other duties as may be assigned by the Rector.
